i’m very glad to be here and have a speech.

today,my title is Everyone’s Olympics.

the 29th olympic games will be held in our country in 2014.as a great many people will visit our country,the government will build new hotels,a huge stadium,and a fine new swimming pool. the games will be held just outside the capital and the whole area will be called “olympic city”.

in a way,building olympic games is an image-creating undertaking.the first and foremost thing is to let people fall in love with the city at first sight,attracting them by its unique image.

with a concept inspired by the famed silk road,our torch relay will break old idea,traveling from beginning through some of the oldest civilizations known to man-greek,indian and chinese.carrying the massage “share the peace,share the Olympics.”the flame will(本文 来自好范文网：WWW.HAoWord.cOM) pass through tibet,cross the yellow rivers,travel the great wall and visit taiwan and the 56 ethnic communities who make up our society.on its journey,the flame will be seen by and inspire more human beings than any previous relay.

do you know ? Everyone in the capital is preparing himself for the olympic games by learning english. because we must get most of chinese to speak english before 2014.

but as all know ,environment protection is an important problem of beijing Olympics. but i believe ,we can unite together to win the competition of the enviroment protection in beijing, and present the world a big gold medal. that is “green beijing,green Olympics.”let’s join the Olympics together.

happiness is for Everyone

as we all know, happiness is one of our feelings and it is very important. i feel happy in my life because i think i am a positive person. my everyday life is full of happiness which my parents, my classmates and my teachers bring to me. i believe that helping others can make others feel happy. i also make others happy by telling them jokes. in all, i think happiness plays a necessary and important role in our daily life and i believe happiness is for Everyone

happiness is an important part of my life. most of the happiness i get is from my best friend, he usually sings funny songs which bring me endless happiness. i also have the sense of humor. for instance, i tell my classmates jokes in my spare time so that they laugh a lot . hearing the laughter, i become happy as well. in a word, happiness is for Everyone.

in fact, i don't feel happy in my life all the time. we have a lot of pressure from school and parents. but when i feel upset, my best friend jerry always cheers me up by telling me funny stories. although i don't feel happy all the time, i always have a good temper. when my classmates don't have a good feeling, i will encourage them and help them work out their problems. in this way, i help the other students and bring happiness to them. and i deeply believe that we should all be happy. happiness is for Everyone.

when one says the word addiction the first thing that come to people's mind is drugs, but you can be addicted to many things besides drugs and you don't even know.

teenagers can be addicted to computer games and videos; women could be crazy about shopping; scientists are willing to spend more time on research. for me, i prefer to learn more and read more books to widen my horizon. people who are truly addicted generally have a compulsion to do something and cannot limit the amount. i reckon some activities are more addictive than others, but it depends on people's interests. the addicted people would rather do what they like to. in their eyes, they could replace any other things for their interests. for instance, someone is enthusiastic about language. at this time, he or she is addicted and feels on top of the world when he or she learns it, even through he or she has many things to attend to in the meanwhile.

on the contrary, some people are misled by something like drugs and computer. when they spend much time on them reaching a point that it harms family and social relationships, or disrupts work life. those people may be caught in a cycle of addiction.

第五篇：Everyone is an olympic volunteer

Everyone is an olympic volunteer

it’s the symbol of the volunteers for the beijing olympic games. becoming an olympic volunteer is the dream of Everyone in china. they all want to be of help for the olympic games and share（一份） their strengths（力量） and talents（智慧） to make the whole thing better and easier.

but what should we do if we want to do something for Olympics?

when you clean the community yard voluntarily（自愿的） and charge（索取） for nothing, when you hold out your umbrella over a stranger’s head as you walk in a heavy rain,

or even when you see the torch（火炬） relay（传递） met obstacles（干扰） in london, paris, then you lift you fist（ 拳头）and cry out your anger（愤怒）,

what a volunteer does—caring（爱护） his country and its people, being willing（自愿的） to offer help. if you can do these seemingly（细小的）things without blaming（责备） anyone else, without asking for payment（报筹）, then you are a volunteer/ for the community（社会）/ for the stranger/ for

your mom’s happiness/ for our country/ for the Olympics.

in 2014，you will never be an outsider. everything you do to make this country better, is what makes you a volunteer. it’s so simple and Everyone can make it. so undoubtedly（肯定的）, Everyone is an olympic volunteer. the Olympics welcome you!
