　　 “两学一做”学习教育专题培训班，培训时间虽然不长，但

　　 感受很深，收获很大下面谈谈个人学习体会：

　　 一、学习的主要收获

　　 1、提高了认识。党风关系到党的生死存亡。党有党纪，国

　　 有国法。没有规矩不成方圆，作为一个共产党员必须带头遵

　　 守党纪国法。在我们党面临“四种风险”、“四种考验”的

　　 历史条件下，强化领导干部廉洁从政教育，保持领导干部思

　　 想纯洁，对于深入推进反腐倡廉建设提高领导干部抵御各种

　　 风险的能力，保持和发扬党的先进性、纯洁性，巩固党的执

　　 政地位具有重点的基础性作用。对于让每一名共产党员在从

　　 业过程中，坚持做到廉洁从政，切实履行好卫生监督员的职

　　 2、武装了头脑。要遵守党纪就必须知道有些什么内容的党

　　 纪条规。党的纪律包括党的政治纪律、组织纪律等方面的内

　　 二、工作中应坚持的几点

　　 1、要有求真的精神。求真说到底是一种觉悟、一种境界、

　　 一种品德、一种精神，是分析问题、研究问题、解决问题的

　　 有力武器。从大的方面讲，是科学判断新形势，准确把握规

　　 律，探求办法措施。具体到岗位来说，就是坚持把国家的利

　　 益放在首位，坚持把人民利益放在首位，增强压力感和紧迫

　　 件，坚定信心，抢抓机遇，推动工作的不断发展。

　　 开展“两学一做”学习教育，要增强针对性，“学”要带着问题学，“做”要针对问题改。着力解决一些党员理想信念模糊动摇的问题，主要是对共产主义缺乏信仰，对中国特色社会主义缺乏信心，精神空虚，推崇西方价值观念，热衷于组织、参加封建迷信活动等；着力解决一些党员党的意

　　识淡化的问题，主要是看齐意识不强，不守政治纪律政治规矩，在党不言党、不爱党、不护党、不为党，组织纪律散漫，不按规定参加党的组织生活，不按时交纳党费，不完成党组织分配的任务，不按党的组织原则办事等；着力解决一些党员宗旨观念淡薄的问题，主要是利己主义严重，漠视群众疾苦、与民争利、执法不公、吃拿卡要、假公济私、损害群众利益，在人民群众生命财产安全受到威胁时临危退缩等；着力解决一些党员精神不振的问题，主要是工作消极懈怠，不作为、不会为、不善为，逃避责任，不起先锋模范作用等；着力解决一些党员道德行为不端的问题，主要是违反社会公德、职业道德、家庭美德，不注意个人品德，贪图享受、奢侈浪费等。要持之以恒纠正“四风”，抓好不严不实突出问题整改，推动党的作风不断好转。
