劳动人事处党委办年工作总结

　　根据市直机关工委委的部署，组织全体党员开展展保持共产党员先进性教育活活动；进行了学习《中国共产产党章程》、《中国共产党党党内监督条例》、《中国共产产党纪律处分条例》，学习贯贯彻党的十六届五中全会精神神等活动；做好民主评议党员员和发展新党员工作，全年共共表彰优秀共产党员名，优秀秀名，发展新党员名。组织党党员干部赴革命圣地井岗山、、韶山参观学习，进行爱国主主义和革命传统教育。在大工工业区党委领导下，完成了本本稿件属于第二届管委会工会会改选工作，并组织了一系列列文体活动，保证了广大干部部职工的身心健康；进行了““迎三八”活动，为广大干部部职工购买了“意外伤害”保保险，为女职工购买了“女性性安康”保险，组织干部职工工进行了每年例行的体检。

　　组织完成了管委会本年度的的民主生活会，解决干部群众众较为关心的一些工作和生活活问题。

　　根据大大工业区企业需求和特点，注注册成立了深圳市大工业区人人力资源公司，建立了“大工工业区人力资源网”，组织区区内企业参加了第一届中国人人才交易会，推出了劳动事务务代理、人才引进代理和网上上人才市场业务。截止月底，，共为区内企业办理引进干部部名，接收应届毕业生名，招招调技术工人名；受理档案托托管人，发展人力资源网会员员家，与企业签定常年劳动法法律法规顾问家。
