第四篇：质量保证书

1.天窗质量保证期为安装之日起36个月内，在质量保证期内因制造商的过失或质量问题发生故障，请参考本质量保证书并咨询当地安装店或本司售后服务中心，以便享受免费修理及更换零部件等保修服务。

2.超过质量保证期限的产品接受售后服务时，应收取零部件和人工费。

3.保修期内涉及以下情况的售后服务时，收取零部件费。

- 玻璃损坏及更换。

- 因使用操作错误引起的故障。

- 由本司或得到本司认可的售后服务单位之外的人员进行维修，

从而引起的产品结构和性能的变形及损坏。

- 车辆事故，火灾、水灾等自然灾害引起的故障或损伤。

- 没有或不提示该产品的有效质量保证书，没有完整填写质量保证书必添的内容，伪造质量保证书。

第五篇：质量保证书

商品房质量保证书

一、质量等级

核定单位：_____________________________________________.

二、地基基础和主体结构在合理使用年限内承担保修。

三、抗震设防烈度：四级度。

四、正常使用情况下各部位、部件保修内容及保修期

1．屋面防水：x年。

2．厨房和卫生间地面及管道渗漏：x年。

3．墙面、顶棚摸灰层脱落：x年。

4．地面空鼓开裂、大面积起砂：x年。

5．门窗翘裂、五金件损坏：x年。

6．管道堵塞：x个月。

7．供热系统和设备：x个采暖期。

8．电器线路：x年。

五、开发商对所售房地产担保的质量保证可委托物业管理部门负责实施。

六、用户根据合同规定的交付状态，对有关房地产质量等级、设备设施的正常运行履行验收。用户验收后自行添置、改动的设备、设施，由用户自行承担维修责任。

七、保修期从竣工验收的房产交付用户使用之日计算（国家另有规定的按国家规定执行）。
