1. Peel three bananas.
【讲解】(1) peel用作动词,意为“剥;削(水果等的皮)”。
peel后可跟名词、代词作宾语,也可跟双宾语。Peel sb. sth. = peel sth. for sb.
Please peel the child an apple.= Please peel an apple for the child.
(2) peel 用作不可数名词,意为“蔬菜(水果等的)皮”。Here is some banana peel.
2. Pour the milk into the blender.
【讲解】pour 用作动词,意为“倾倒;灌;浇”。pour sb. sth. = pour sth. for sb. 为某人倒某物。
Please pour the milk into his glass.

【讲解】(1) finally用作副词,意为“最后地;最终地”。finally是表示顺序的副词,在句中位置很灵活,可位于句首,也可放在句尾。但若位于句中时要放在系动词、助动词、情态动词之后, 实义动词之前。

辨析:finally, at last与in the end
finally
意为“最后”,只指一系列事物或论点的顺序,不带感情色彩。
at last
有时可与finally互换,但往往用于一番拖延或曲折之后,因而带有较浓厚的感情色彩,如不耐烦、放心、如愿等。
in the end
意为“终于”,可用于预测将来,finally,at last则不能。
(2) add用作动词,意为“加;增加”。Two added to eight is ten.
拓展:add构成的固定搭配
① add…to…意为“把……加到……上”。Add these to the sandwich.
② Add to意为“添加;增添”, to后多为表示“困难、欢乐”等的抽象名词。

③ add…in意为“包括……在内”。Remember to add me in.
④ add up意为“合计;加起来”。Please add these figures up.
⑤ add up to意为“总计;共达”。All of these add up to 20.
